the easiest way to test is to turn off the firewall [iptabels] and try again.
if off, you can connect to the firewall that indicates that the server is on, then expose 27107 to the external network.
you should try to see if the client can connect with mongo on the server.
if you can connect, it means that the external network of your port 27017 is inaccessible. 27017 port is not added by default in the Aliyun security group, and the public network cannot be accessed
