Does vscode have a file watchers function similar to webstorm?

in addition to npm I stuck after, in fact, the overall feeling of webstorm has been good, but can not stand the Amway of various forums, want to try to transfer to vscode, because I think the degree of freedom is very high.

A variety of plug-ins have been matched according to the bosses" wishes, gradually matching their previous habits. The only thing I can"t figure out is the file watchers function like webstorm, which I use to transfer to scss, so that gulp and the like don"t have to be configured.

I would like to ask you, is there a similar vscode plug-in that can implement this function? Thank you ~

currently those who need to be transferred to scss are generally configured through webpack and transferred automatically.
if it is single, you can use the command line to do the transformation.
