suppose there are two permission used by app An and BMague B in A"s custom permission-group

question 1

what conditions do you need to meet for app B"s permissions to be defined in app A"s permission-group?
for example, do you need to satisfy signature to fool around or?

question 2

if the permissions defined by app B in the permission-group of app A have dangerous permissions, they also have normal permissions. If the normal permission requested by app B is granted, does the dangerous permission of the same permission-group also represent authorization?
