Ubuntu can add PPA feeds (personal installation package sources), so can CentOS add PPA feeds?

Ubuntu can add PPA feeds, so how to add CentOS?

No, PPA is for ubuntu, and basically you can't even use debian. This thing is invented by launchpad

both Ubuntu and centos distributions can add software repository sources, but they are of different types and cannot be exchanged directly.

Ubuntu originates from Debian, 's use of the deb package format.
while centos is similar to RedHat, using the yum (or EPEL) package format.

although the two formats are not compatible, deb or yum sources can be found for most GNU or other open source software.
