Hexo clean command error

< H1 > hexo clean command reported an error: Error: EPERM: operation not permitted, open "db.json" < / H1 >

I created a new article and then executed hexo clean with the above error
after I deleted the article, the problem of executing hexo clean, again still didn"t solve

running environment

operating system: win10 Educational Edition
node version: v8.11.4
npm version: 5.6.0
