Markdown-it extension syntax

in markdown,
= = big = = I want to parse it into & ltdel > big & lt/del >,

how to analyze it? I want to know the principle. I looked for other people"s cases on the Internet, but I didn"t understand them too well. I would like to ask if there is a great god who has written a case and has detailed notes.
