How to position relative to sibling elements?

there is a real-time camera monitoring project. The lower left corner of
hopes to show the real-time data of the shooting content, but no similar method has been found in the official API.

the current solution is to add a parent element to the outer layer of the video and another div as the sibling element of the video. After the div is located in the appropriate location, the data is rendered in real time.
the video window has full screen function. After full screen, only video is full screen. If the parent element does not have full screen, the brother"s div will not work.
would like to ask you how to solve the problem

relative sibling elements can use the ~ selector, p~ul is to select each

element that is preceded by a

element. But I don't think this will solve your problem. The full screen of the video is system-level, and it has deviated from the page layout

what you recommend, and the data can be displayed. The operation will not work.
