input is the username password in the login page
in placeholder, the compatibility problem is to use jq to set its value,
to get focus, lose focus and make its value equal to the placeholder
you want to set. Then, when you click on the input box, there is no reaction at all. The weird thing is, click the text (placeholder) in the input box to get the focus
