Icons set by Android notification are not displayed

when I follow Google"s android fundamental tutorial as the Android notification section, the notification icon, I set does not appear on Meizu flyme, but the default app startup icon. And the strange thing is that the notification I set is the highest, and the system folds me into unimportant messages without voice prompts for advice. The icon used by
target API:26.0
is the transparent icon that comes with AS .
