The program cannot be accessed after restarting the server

problem description

there is now a java project deployed on the server of the windows2003 (32-bit) system, using jdk7 and tomcat6. Last week, the customer reinstalled the system, I reinstalled the java environment, and the program worked normally after starting tomcat. But on Friday, customers suddenly restarted the server, claiming that nothing had changed, but now the program cannot be accessed properly after tomact starts.

< H2 > current situation < / H2 >

1.tomcat started successfully and you can access the default page.
2. Unable to access the program with a 404 exception.

< H2 > methods that have been tried < / H2 >

1. Check the environment and find that the Path environment variable becomes path and the jdk and tomcat configurations are missing. Reconfigure the environment variable
2. Clear the work cache file under tomcat
3. Modify the tomcat port number
4. The local program exports the war package and replaces the program in the service (the program runs normally locally)
5. Reinstall jdk (tried 6amp7), tomcat (tried installation version and installation-free version)
6. Restart the server multiple times
7. Check the firewall

none of the above methods use the error message and do not change

The

com.ydgj.yyjk.sys.auth.service.IUserService class is not registered as BeanDefinition,. Check to see if the class is annotated with @ Service and whether it is scanned.

the problem is found to be the problem of the customer's pirated system, which hides the sys folder in my program. It is not a regular hiding, but a kind of hiding that cannot be displayed or operated. In the end, there was no way to change the system, so we had to change the program ourselves.
