React package npm run build generated files are so large, how to turn off the generation of sourceMap?

setting the devtool of webpack.config.prod.js to the following values does not work according to the method on the Internet:

// devtool: "none",

create a new .env.production file in the root directory with GENERATE_SOURCEMAP=false , which is the least destructive.
environment variables are a good thing!

The

problem is solved, just add config.devtool = false; to the config-overrides.js of the root directory.

const { injectBabelPlugin } = require('react-app-rewired');
const rewireLess = require('react-app-rewire-less');
