Plug-ins are wanted in the vue project but cannot be installed through npm because it is a netless development Does anyone know how to pour in from the public network, how to configure it, and then can use the plug-in properly?

completely netless, or are there individual servers that can connect to the Internet? If it is the latter, you can use nexus3.x, to build a source of npm
