I share my algorithm. I came up with the idea based on the normal distribution model, let the various factors that affect the industry activity be calculated, and then assign different proportions to each factor (which can be dynamically adjusted). The closer it is to 1, the more active the industry is. (all factors add up to 4 decimal places below 1. )
