The puzzle about url

I often find that the url of some projects developed with vue or react has strings similar to those in the figure like hash (there are also nails); at first I thought the id was generated with mongodb, but then I asked others that it didn"t seem to be; how did this thing come into being? What"s the use? For detailed explanation or documentation, thank you!

The way this thing is generated and its usefulness depends entirely on the person who wrote the code.

generally speaking, this list of things in url can be id of a resource (order / memo / group / friend /.), can also be a route generated by a front-end framework id .

look at url. I guess it's errorId.
