if cross-domain, ie9 can only use xdr, there is no doubt;
415exception may be content-type error. Check it out first
use axios,ie9 to appear Unhandled promise rejection, and the status code is 415 (referring to "babel-polyfill")
compatible with ie are all compatible with ie9 requests above ie10 without data.
