Can typecho get a regular comment link?

how do I get a fixed link to a comment when paging is turned on?

is currently in the format of https://kexue.fm/archives/481., but if the way the comments are displayed changes, the address changes (the latest display changes to the oldest display in front, or the number of comments per page changes), so this address is not universal.

according to typecho"s design logic, the comment id can uniquely determine the comment, so is there a corresponding link? Or is there a dynamic function that can get the comment page id according to the comment id?
