wevsmy@ubuntu:~$ python -m pip -V
pip 10.0.1 from /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/pip (python 2.7)
wevsmy@ubuntu:~$ python3 -m pip -V
pip 10.0.1 from /usr/local/lib/python3.5/dist-packages/pip (python 3.5)
this shows that there is no problem with the pip of python2 3;
but the following problems arise when using pip directly:
wevsmy@ubuntu:~$ pip -V
bash: /home/wevsmy/.local/bin/pip:
wevsmy@ubuntu:~$ pip3 -V
bash: /home/wevsmy/.local/bin/pip3:
