wifi user assignment IP: 100.23.1.xxx
Mobile phone users can access 192.168.1.1
my mac cannot access 192.168.1.1

this does not involve VPN, you first try using ping, you need to make sure that your MAC can access the wifi router, and then check it step by step. I think it has something to do with your application.
