Chrome browser input URL how to open in the new tab?

how does the chrome browser enter the URL to open in the new tab? The default is to open the currently active tab. I looked in the settings and couldn"t find this setting.

Hello, my friend, as far as I know, Chrome does not have this feature, and this is not in line with the normal experience. If it is not a need, but just want to be easy to use, you can first ctrl + t, and then alt + d enter the URL.

Why don't you open a new tag command + n (windows is ctrl+N) and enter the URL
