SpringBoot project, deployed on linux, request.getHeader ("SESSION_ID") has been unable to get a value.

but the same code works fine with eclipse under windows. Why?

should be a problem with nginx. By default, header names cannot be underlined. Either modify the nginx configuration to allow header to be underlined, or change it to SESSION-ID.
